Enhancements
Application Enhancements provide flexibility for clients who need help upgrading, modifying, interfacing and supplementing their existing applications in any environment, whether it be legacy, mainframe, mid-range, client/server or web-based. It involves Perfective and Adaptive maintenance activities to improve performance or adapt to evolving business needs.
These Perfective and Adaptive Maintenance Components are often provided as discrete engagements focused solely on enhancing an application or portfolio of applications and do not include traditional Corrective and Preventive maintenance components.
Enhancement engagements follow a traditional application development SDLC and are typically shorter than a complete Application Maintenance engagement.
