Implementation Quality Assurance (IQA)
Our IQA organization establishes and polices our quality assurance processes to ensure predictable project delivery. IQA is a separate, independent organization from Field Delivery. They provide independent verification and validation of project deliverables and commitments from the very beginning of the project through completion. IQA enforces RCG IT's best practices and methodologies, focusing on the continuous improvement of project quality.
IQA is one of our pillars of delivery excellence. The IQA director reports and is directly accountable for project quality to RCG IT's president and CEO.
Some of IQA's support functions include:

Certification of work products with pass/fail decision (Quality Gate 'Q-gate' process) |

Review and approval of Proposals, Statements of Work, Service Agreements, etc. |
